CRS 206:  Technology

The Clarksville Association of REALTORS is pleased to host CRS 206: Technology, instructed by Robert Morris.  This 2-day Course will be held May 1-2, 2012 at the Clarksville Association of REALTORS office.

Course Description:

Today’s internet-enabled real estate market requires sales agents to work faster and be more responsive than ever before. The ability to quickly access and exchange information – anywhere, anytime – can be the difference between making and breaking a transaction. The Technologies to Advance Your Business course guides students through a process for analyzing the technology needs of their business. Course topics focus on using technology tools that enable sales agents to become more productive, increase their profits, and differentiate themselves in the marketplace. This course combines targeted discussion topics, technology demonstrations, and engaging activities to prepare students to select the right technology tools and systems to advance their business.

    Course Instructor:

    Robert Morris graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Associate Degree in Mid-Management Technology from State Technical Institute at Memphis. Robert entered the real estate field in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time. He is currently a selling broker and past member of the board of directors with Prudential Rowland Real Estate, Inc., located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he actively lists and sells real estate with team, TeamRobertMorris. Robert was honored with the 2000 Realtor® of the Year at one of his local associations as well as Tennessee Realtor® Educator of the year in 1995.

    Robert is a international speaker, trainer and consultant who holds 11 professional designations/ certifications just to name a few, the Internet Professional (e-PRO 500), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Graduate Realtor ® Institute (GRI), and the Professional Management Network (PMN) formally the Leadership Training Graduate (LTG) designation for the Women’s Council or Realtors®. He has also been certified by the Instructor’s Training Institute (ITI). He has conducted seminars, training workshops and leadership conferences for countless numbers of Realtors®, boards, conventions and associations throughout the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the British West Indies.

    Robert is a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) of the National Association of Realtors®, and serves on several committees. Robert is also a Course Facilitator/ Instructor for REBAC and WCR. He is an active member in several national real estate organizations.
